Greenlee has over 100 years of experience in the world of manufacturing.Beginning with barrel-making machines and moving on to woodworking tools, nowadays, Greenlee is a highly respected and trusted source for professional tools.

With machinery surpassing the years and still being used today showcases the quality and durability of Greenlee products that can not be found in other brands.Through its 100 and plus years in the market Greenlee has expanded the business in order to guarantee excellent products and service. Greenlee's business history helped the company reached this higher level of excellence. The company was acquired by Textron in 1986 , later on in 1992 they purchased Fairmont Hydraulics and in 1996 they added Klauke ,a German tool manufacturer company to the mix. In 1999 and 2000 Greenlee expanded into telecommunications and data equipments with the acquisition of several organizations. Greenlee continued to expand with the addition of Paladin Tools ,Sherman + Reilly and HD Electric in 2007 and 2013 respectively.

Greenlee's market expanded with the acquisition of these organizations and the offer of high quality products as well. Nowadays Greenlee's products include :
