Following these guidelines will make your experience with Customer Service easier and more pleasant and will help expedite any transactions. Receiving Your Order When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines: Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to SuperTechSupplies.com with two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise.
Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment. Keep your Invoice with your important records. Read all instruction manuals BEFORE testing your equipment. SuperTechSupplies.com will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility will only be the monetary value of the merchandise.
For International Orders: “Shipping Cost” quoted on the order screen cover shipping charges only; Duties, Taxes & Brokerage Fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and will be billed to the receiver for collection by the shipping carrier.
Please note all orders shipped out of United States and Canada will not be covered under our warranty policy
Our policy is that you may return or exchange an item, excluding any shipping charge, within a period of seven (7) days
Special Order items are not returnable Like ICC, Greenlee, Bogen, DoorBird, Valcom, Planet, Suttle, Klein Tools & There's no returns on Software or Batteries.
Prior to returning any item, YOU MUST call Customer Service for preāapproval and obtain an RMA number. All merchandise purchased from SuperTechSupplies.com a sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer. Items can be returned only if in original packaging, same new condition as sold with literature/instructions and blank warranty cards. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping box. Please do not put any stickers or labels on the original manufacturer's packaging. Please ship the items back to us prepaid. For your protection, SuperTechSupplies.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER
No refunds or exchanges will be made after seven (7) days if any of the above conditions are not met, SuperTechSupplies.com reserves the right to either refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee for not less than 15%.
All shipment damages/missing claims has to be reported within seven (7) days
We are not responsible for typographical errors, image errors, including wrong pricing.
