The IC107C5E-BK Cat5e In-Line Keystone Modular Coupler is designed to support the connection of two (2) CAT 5e cables in a keystone wall plate or blank patch panel applications.  The cables can be patch cables or bulk cables but both must have a Cat5e RJ45 connector terminated on them.
